How do you ensure the fish stays fresh during shipping?
We use specialized insulated thermal liners and high-performance cold packs to maintain a refrigerated temperature throughout the transit process. All orders are shipped via expedited carrier services to ensure your seafood arrives in peak condition.
Can I freeze my smoked fish upon arrival?
Yes, most of our smoked fish products can be frozen for up to three months. We recommend keeping the product in its original vacuum-sealed packaging or wrapping it tightly in freezer-safe materials to prevent freezer burn.
What is the shelf life of your products once opened?
Once the vacuum seal is broken, we recommend consuming the product within 3 to 5 days for optimal flavor and texture. Always keep the product refrigerated when not being served.
Are your products Kosher certified?
Yes, the majority of Acme Smoked Fish products are certified Kosher by recognized agencies. Please check the specific product packaging or the product description page for the specific certification symbol.
Do you offer international shipping?
Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict food safety regulations, we currently only ship within the continental United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.
What should I do if my package is delayed or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or is significantly delayed by the carrier, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or a refund as part of our freshness guarantee.
